Rain, Rain Come Again!

Rain, rain come again, every year when the end is near, la la la la la, rain, rain come again. Ohh I  LOVE that song! Hey guys  I Did not notice you! Today's post is about... RAIN!... yesterday's post was: Black & White Are Just So Right!. There is a bug it says I posted it on November 10th, but its November 11th again with this post. It says November 11th but its 12th. Just wanted to clear that doubt. Ok now on to the rain:

A monsoon is traditionally a seasonal reversing wind accompanied by corresponding changes in precipitation, but is now used to describe seasonal changes in precipitation.

Yesterday, there was a cyclone in the state I live. here is some info about cyclones:

There are 4 types of cyclones: Tropical cyclones ,Typhoon, Hurricanes and Normal cyclones.

Tropical cyclones:

A tropical cyclone is a rapidly rotating storm system characterized by a low-pressure centre, a closed low-level atmospheric circulation, strong winds, and a spiral arrangement of thunderstorms that produce heavy rain and/or squalls. Tropical cyclones are formed only over warm ocean waters near the equator. When warm, moist air over the ocean rises upward from near the surface, a cyclone is formed.

Typhoon:

A typhoon is a mature tropical cyclone that develops between 180° and 100°E in the Northern Hemisphere. This region is referred to as the North-western Pacific Basin, and is the most active tropical cyclone basin on Earth, accounting for almost one-third of the world's annual tropical cyclones. Typhoons are formed over the Northwest Pacific Ocean.

Normal cyclone:

In meteorology, a cyclone is a large scale of air mass that rotates around a strong centre of low atmospheric pressure, counter clockwise in the Northern Hemisphere and clockwise in the Southern Hemisphere as viewed from above. Cyclones are characterized by inward-spiralling winds that rotate about a zone of low pressure. Cyclones are formed over the South Pacific and Indian Ocean.

Hurricane:

The word hurricane comes from the Taino Native American word, hurricane, meaning evil spirit of the wind. The first time anyone flew into a hurricane happened in 1943 in the middle of World War II. A tropical storm is classified as a hurricane once winds goes up to 74 miles per hour or higher.  Hurricanes are tropical storms that form over the North Atlantic Ocean and Northeast Pacific.

A cyclone, hurricane, typhoon and tropical cyclone are all basically the same thing, but are given different names depending on where they appear.

This is officially the BIGGEST post I have written. See you tomorrow. Byeee!
