Health, Health, 123!

Oh hey guys, I know its been a long time since I posted but, there is a very good reason, I had gone through the most toughest time of my life yet. Now I will demonstrate in dialogues:

Me: I had ear pain for 2 days and today it hurt a lot. that's why we came

Doc: Let me take a look.

Doc: You are infected with a serious ear disease (Otitis externa) because of ear buds and water. You are infected in the ear canal, eardrum. I can clean out the disease but no shaking.

Me: Ok doc 

(Me shaking a little bit) 

Doc: You are moving! Its too dangerous I cannot clean it!. Take these tablets instead.

Me: Ok doc! Thanks. bye!


So, this what happens if you do not take care of your health! here are some pointers that you should follow and questions you should ask yourself and some other more experienced in  ife people:


  1. Eat healthy food

  2. Eat an egg everyday

  3. Exercise everyday and play

  4. Drink enough  water

  5. Make sure you sleep and wake up at the right time

  6. Eating more vegetable and fruits

  7. Watch as less gadgets as possible - reduce screen time

  8. Stay hygienic by washing hands often

  9. Eating a proper diet
