Exercise, Exercise 123!

 One, two , three four.... Million hours later... Oh finally done. Oh hey guys, I just finished an INTENSE workout. So I did 15 Minutes on my treadmill! at speed 6 kilometres per hour.  you can look at the picture down below. By the way here is some info on running:

There's a ton of scientific evidence that 30 minutes of running has physical and mental health benefits that go beyond the weight loss and endurance. It will change your life for good, in a good way of course. It is also the cheapest and the simplest forms of exercise. It will help in: Keep You Healthy, Aid in Weight Loss, Develop Your Core, Boost Confidence. FYI: Did you know I have An Exercise class EVERY Wednesday, And I do Treadmill running everyday For at least 10 Mins. Now here is a video on exercise:  Exercise For Kids. Wow!  Regular exercises offer countless benefits. It boosts your immune system, improves your bone health and lowers health risks like heart problem, diabetes and many more life threatening diseases. With demanding jobs, exercise takes a backseat in the priorities list. Most of us give brilliant excuses for not exercising regularly. Being too busy is the most common excuse one makes. But, with proper planning you can take some time out of your hectic schedule for your future and own well-being. There is no doubt that regular exercise is the best path to live fit and healthy life. To begin with exercises, you don’t really need to hit the gym! You start at home! It may seem little confusing at the beginning to start the exercise without an instructor. Begin with short session of easy-to-do exercises. Basically exercises need too little or no equipment. You can use your body weight itself as an equipment.
